Do creators need their own Tautly account?
Yes. The page stays with the creator. The agency only gets permission to manage the pages the creator picks when accepting the invite.
Who pays?
The agency. While with your agency, creators get every Pro feature without paying themselves.
What happens when a creator leaves?
Their page, content, and stats stay theirs. Agency access and agency-paid features stop immediately; paid blocks are hidden but kept, and they go back to their own plan.
What can an agency not do?
Change the page address, delete the page, download data, or change the creator’s email, password, or account.
Can we switch plans as we grow?
Yes, any time from the Billing menu in the agency dashboard.
